About Arthritis Clinic of Central Texas

At Arthritis Clinic of Central Texas our rheumatology health care professionals complete a complex and thorough assessment of your medical and family history. Your final treatment plan includes the diagnosis and treatment of:

Our goal is to provide diagnosis and treatment to help alleviate pain, improve joint function and your quality of life after every visit.

Our treatment approach combines oral, subcutaneous, and infusible medications along with physical therapy, joint injections, diagnostic ultrasonography.

We are located mid-way between Austin and San Antonio. Our patient base extends west to Dripping Springs and Wimberley and east to Bastrop, Gonzales, Seguin, Luling, and Lockhart.

 

Meet Dr. Maria De Jesus Salinas, Rheumatologist

Dr. Maria De Jesus Salinas

Dr. Maria De Jesus Salinas is a board-certified rheumatologist and proud native of the Rio Grande Valley, where she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas-Pan American, now known as UTRGV. She went on to receive her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.

During her training, Dr. Salinas joined the United States Air Force and completed both her Internal Medicine Residency and Rheumatology Fellowship at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium, located at Brooke Army Medical Center. She has honorably served as a staff physician in internal medicine and rheumatology, and was deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Spartan Shield, and Operation Inherent Resolve.

In September 2024, Dr. Salinas joined ACCT and is now the proud owner of the practice. She brings a fresh perspective to the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatologic diseases, along with a strong commitment to innovation and continued service to the community that ACCT has supported for over a decade.

Dr. Salinas is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients. She believes that mutual trust and respect are essential to improving outcomes in the management of complex rheumatologic conditions.

Meet Jasmine Trevino

Jasmine Trevino

Mrs. Jasmine Treviño is a proud native Texan, born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She relocated to New Braunfels in 2017 and has been an essential part of The Arthritis Clinic of Central Texas ever since.

Jasmine earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She began her nursing career in Dallas as an ICU nurse, specializing in heart and lung transplants and cardiovascular surgery. Driven to further her impact, she went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

With 8 year experience in Rheumatology, Jasmine brings a well-rounded, person-centered, and holistic approach to patient care. She is passionate about helping patients feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

“I truly love getting to know my patients and their families. Focusing on quality of life and overall wellness is so important in managing autoimmune diseases and in helping people truly enjoy life.”

Outside of work, Jasmine is devoted to her family. She and her husband have two daughters and enjoy spending time outdoors, volunteering together in the community, and staying active in their church. Jasmine also has a love for baking and proudly holds the title of “official birthday cake pastry chef” in her family.

She is honored to be part of the ACCT team and is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to every patient she meets.

Meet Ryan Hall

Ryan Hall

Ryan E. Hall began his nursing career in 2008 as a staff nurse on the Pediatric Medical/Surgical floor at North Central Baptist Hospital. Over the years, he has gained extensive clinical experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings, including pediatric and adult medical-surgical units, emergency departments, and orthopedic pre/postoperative care. Ryan spent seven years serving as the charge nurse at South Texas Spine and Surgical Hospital, where he honed his leadership and patient care skills.

Driven by a commitment to advancing his nursing career, he earned his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2018 and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner shortly thereafter.

Since early 2019, Ryan has been practicing in the specialty of Rheumatology at the Arthritis Clinic of Central Texas. His years of bedside experience have proven invaluable in providing comprehensive, compassionate care to patients managing complex chronic conditions.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his wife, three children, and two dogs. His hobbies include BBQing, creating CNC metal art, working on cars, and family camping trips.
